Work/Residence Permit Applications
30% Ruling Application
The Netherlands has an expatriate tax concession: the 30% ruling. Eligible employees from abroad who meet the conditions and are granted the 30% ruling, may receive up to a maximum of 30% of their gross employment income as a tax-free allowance.
Schooling
Schooling Consultation
We will provide comprehensive information about the Dutch education system, the different types of schools and education streams, the distinction between International and Public Dutch schools and options for daycare and after-school care.
School Search

Settling In
Airport Transfer – we will coordinate a safe and dependable transfer from the airport to the front door of your employee’s accommodation. We recognise that this is a crucial step in the procedure that provides peace of mind.
Scheduling of Appointments – This includes, but is not limited to, registering at the Gemeente (Municipality) to obtain a BSN (Burger Service Nummer / Citizen Service Number), visiting a bank to open a bank account, and scheduling a time to collect their residence permit.
Guidance and Assistance – Obtaining a cell phone contract and internet service provider, registering for a DigiD, registering at a doctor’s office, comparing and taking out health insurance, applying for a personalised public transport chip card, registering for the Kinderbijslag (child support grant), and exchanging a foreign driver’s licence for a Dutch “rijbewijs”.
Accompanied Visits (Full Day/Half Day) – This may include accompanying your employee to the Gemeente for registration, the bank to open a bank account, the IND to collect their residence permits, or school visits. This service can be tailored to the precise requirements of your employees.
